1. Advanced Booking Required – All bookings must be made at least 2-3 weeks advance to secure a spot.

2. Deposit & Payment – $100 deposit at booking and the remaining balance is due the day of the event. Via Venmo,Square, Cash.

3. Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a partial (deposit) refund. Cancellations less than 7 days are NON-REFUNDABLE!

4. Supervision – Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times. Dreamland Playhouse is not RESPONSIBLE for childcare. 5. Safety Rules – No shoes, jewelry, food, or drinks in the play area. NO PAINT NEAR ANY EQUIPMENT!

6. Weather & Emergencies – If the venue must close due to unforeseen circumstances, bookings will be rescheduled. 

7. Liability for damages - The client is responsible for Liability for Damages: The client is responsible for any damages to the bounce house and or soft play for failure to follow safety guidelines. The client agrees to cover the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged equipment as determined by Dreamland Playhouse.

**All rentals are based on an up to 4 hour rental time; each additional hour is $50.00 and needs to be requested in advance**
